ANNOUNCEMENTS August 28 - 2:30 p.m. - Service at Avante Nursing Home. August 31 - 7:00 p.m. - Bible study and prayer meeting at the church. September 4 - 7:00 p.m. - The program that was scheduled has been cancelled. Instead we will have the Life's Experiences program c/o Ric Gullman. September 16, 17 - Mountain Valley District Assembly will meet at Dayton Mennonite Church. December 2 - Bus trip to the National Cathedral in Washington D.C. to hear a performance of Handel=s Messiah. The group will leave Dayton Mennonite Church around 3 p.m., returning around midnight. The cost will be about $45. per person. Steve Estep has consented to be the interim Overseer for the Mountain Valley District through August, 2006. A LOOK AT VMBM MISSIONS:VMBM missionaries spoke or will speak in twenty-six congregations from May through September. Thank you for supporting them with your money and prayers.
