ANNOUNCEMNTS

Tonight at 5:00pm, at the church, we will be having a Church Picnic. This will take the place of a Community Picnic which is canceled for this year. We will start serving food at 5:00. Amos Showalter and some of his family will provide music beginning at 5:30 or 6:00. All food will be provided. (This is not a carry in meal.) Please come and enjoy the food, fellowship and music!

Wednesday - 7pm Prayer Meeting

Sept 21 - Oct 9 The 42nd annual Apples for Relief Project held each evening at 6:30 PM at the Hinton Relief Center. The goal is to dry 500 bushels of apples. From 80-90 people can be used each evening. The peeler will be provided, but knives and pans should be brought. Mountain Valley Churches evenings are Monday, Sept. 21 and Monday, Sept. 28. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, masks are required.

Sunday, September 27 - MVMC Fall Picnic at 5:30 PM at Mike & Patrice Sager’s Pavillion in Salem, WV. Salem will provide the meat, Faith will provide table service and drinks, Morning View & Bethel is asked to bring side dishes or dessert. There are 10 campsites available for overnight camping. Please reserve your site. Contact the Sagers with questions. Note: Face masks are not required.

Oct. 2 & 3 - Men and Boys Outing at Steve & Nola Estep’s. A handout about the weekend is available this morning at church.
