The MDS Project where Ric and Joy will be going later in October is in McAllen, TX near the Mexico border. The disaster was severe flooding in 2018. Because of funding issues and then the covid situation the rebuilding of homes did not begin until this past Spring. MDS has built 5 homes and has a goal of building 3 more this fall. However, there is a shortage of volunteers this fall for both Jennings, LA and McAllen, Texas. If you have interest in going to one of these locations, see Ric and Joy or go to the MDS website and follow the link for volunteers. There is funding available to help cover travel costs to both locations.

Praying For Our Family: Pray for Jason Wagler as he ministers as chaplain in the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County Jail.
