ANNOUNCEMENTS January 22 at 7:00pm - Prayer meeting and Bible study here at the church. Everyone is encouraged to attend the mini-series about false intimacy. January 26 at 7:00pm - Game night here at the church. January 31 - February 1 - LADIES RETREAT will be held this year from Friday, Jan. 31 - Saturday, Feb. 1. Please have registration forms to Carol Alexander by today. Or, you may call 740-8734 or email your response to alexandercarolj@gmail.com. ALSO: Next Sunday, Jan. 26, those attending the retreat will have a short meeting after church to plan the lunch. February 2 at 7:00pm - Hymn Sing service Attention, women and girls. Ladies night out (probably overnight) on May 16th (not set in stone) the same night as the men are having their night out. Check your calendars if interested and be thinking. Hopefully, we will be taking a tally the first Sun. of Feb. of interested parties so we can estimate how many to plan for and the location. We are open to any suggestions where we might have this event. Reminder: Please complete your deacon evaluation form for Steve Slabaugh, sign and date, place in envelope and give to Raleigh. If you need an evaluation form see Raleigh. Today is "Sanctity of Human Life" Sunday. There is a baby bottle in the back of the church for anyone who would like donate money to the Shenandoah County Pregnancy Center. |
