Tonight 5:30 pm Friendship Banquet at Donovan Methodist Church Wednesday 7:00 pm Bible Study and Prayer meeting. Feb 21 Offering will go to support the MCC Turkey Canning Feb 22-26 – Annual Meat Canning for MCC at the Hinton Mennonite Relief Center, Hinton. We are responsible to provide help on Tuesday, February 23. Help is needed from 5 am until 11 pm each day. Friday, February 27 is scheduled as a community day and help is especially needed in the early morning. Anyone is welcome to come and help on any day! If you have any questions about this project you can contact Leon Rhodes at (540) 867-9751 or Gerald Knicely at (540) 879-2077. Thanks for your participation in this effort to feed the less fortunate in the world. Feb 26-27 – Mountain Valley Women’s Retreat at Camp Brethren Woods. March 5 – Church clean-up day The congregation affirmed the “Faith and Lifestyle Convictions of the Mountain Valley Mennonite Churches” document. The other churches of Mountain Valley did as well. |
