As we recently have gone through the Pastoral evaluation for Ric, we now have some results to share. Steve
Estep has conducted and concluded the evaluation and is recommending Ric to another 3 year term as pastor
at Morning View. The leadership team & council are also unanimously in favor of the same. We are now
asking you, if you can affirm Ric's appointment to another term as well. Philip Borntrager & I will receive your
voice via email, telephone or in person. We would like to have your responses by July 5th.
