This is not an ethnic-international meal; however, it is suggested you eat a light lunch and come hungry to get a better understanding of the event. Eastern Mennonite University has a grant program that matches funds, donated through a church, for a student’s education costs. The Morning View church council has approved receiving funds donated for such expenses and passing them on to EMU so that a student from Morning View can receive the grant money. If you know of a similar program at another school, you may ask a church council member to bring it to the council for similar consideration for approval.
