Wednesday – 7:00pm Bible study & Prayer Saturday – 5:00pm Community Picnic with music by Doyle Moats, Jr. Sunday, September 11 – there will be a potluck meal followed by a church members meeting. We are planning to begin the meeting at 1:00 pm. We will be discussing the recent Church Council decision to suspend Morning View Church’s involvement in the VA Mennonite Relief Sale. Sept. 15 – 9: 30 am. Womens Sewing Circle. We are meeting on the 3rd Thursday in September so we can participate in the "Everence Week of Generosity". Members of Everence who come to sewing circle will receive $50.00 towards our sewing fund. Anyone interested in auditioning for Caleb's audio drama may meet with him in the youth Sunday School room following the morning service today or the next few Sundays. |
