Wednesday - 7:00pm Prayer & Bible study Thursday - 9:30 am. Women's sewing circle. Please note we are meeting the 3rd Thursday of the month so we can participate in the "Everence Week of Generosity". Everence will donate $50 dollars to our sewing circle for each Everence member who participates on September 21 Saturday Sept 23 - Sunday Sept 24 - Youth activity: biking trip at Whitetop, VA. Meet at Mauzy park and ride 6 am or Mount Crawford park and ride at 6:30 am -Sept. 23. Things to bring: sleeping bag or bed roll, and any personal items or snacks for car trip and overnighting. Come fed and with a packed lunch for Saturday. Guys will be sleeping in the church, girls at Ross and Polly Mast's (Joy Gullmans parents) house. Each person bring $30 to help cover bike rental and gas cost. It may be chilly so bring a jacket. Sept 24 - 5:00pm Mountain Valley District picnic at Lost River State Park. Hot dogs, drinks, and table service provided. Please bring a side dish. Sept 29-30 - Men & Boys' campout/hike at Wolf Gap Campgrounds near Woodstock. Starting at 6:30pm. See Josh for details Oct 13-15 - Renewal meetings with Mark Yoder Oct 22 - There will be a youth choir during the morning service. Oct 22 - 7:00pm Communion Oct 29 - 7:00pm Joel Peachy from Destinations International will be sharing about the work of DNI. |
