Wednesday - 7pm Prayer & Bible Study Tonight - Mountain Valley Thanksgiving Program at Morning View. Carry in snack is at 5: 30 PM with the service beginning a 7 PM. As part of the program children ages 3-10 are invited to bring something that illustrates what they are thankful for. We will have a table at the front of the church where the child can put their items and then during the service there will be opportunity for them to briefly share what they brought. The Thanksgiving offering this year will be divided between Mennonite Disaster Service and Heralds of Hope. Food Pantry:Donovan Memorial and Singers Glen Baptist partner together to run a food pantry which is housed at the Donovan church. They would like to invite other area churches to help with a food drive to stock their pantry prior to Christmas. Items that can be donated include canned goods, frozen meats or dinners, boxed foods or dinners such as pasta, household items such as toilet paper and dish detergent. (They have a large supply of peanut butter so that is not needed at this time.) Items can be dropped off at Donovan on December 7th between 10 and 1.
